abuse scandal shocking charles county, school members -- school board members saying no comment after a closed-door meeting about carlos beltran stop alison: he is accused of sexually assaulting several students and disclosing he had hiv. nancy: parents are not waiting to speak out. alison: anna-lysa gayle is live in waldorf, where parents parade together tonight. are-lysa: community members questioning the school board's decision to meet behind closed doors. some have called for parents to be included in that discussion. following the charles county school board private discussion about carlos bell, parents, pastors, and teachers met outside of benjamin stoddart middle school to pray. bell is charged with sexually assaulting young boys and producing child pornography at his

threatened her with a knife and forced her into the basement early sunday morning, then forced her to perform a sex act. >> that's shocking and awful. tim: the suspect is described as a 20- to 25-year-old white or hispanic male with black hair. he is also described as 5'4"to 5'6", with a slim build. >> that's terrible. tim: a fence surrounds the construction site, so it's not clear how the attacker gained access or how the crime went unnoticed when busy 14th street. tim barber, abc 7 news. alison: happening now, the search for an uber driver accused of sex assault. take a look at this picture. license plate his information. he is accused of attacking a woman while on the job in hyattsville last week. he is no longer an active bird driver, but he is still on the run. nancy: tonight, the date for bill cosby sex trial was announced. the da tweeting the trial

is november 6 of this year. cosby will be tried again for sexual assault. this after a mistrial was declared the first time around because the jury was deadlocked. sentencingomorrow, for the man who went on a shooting rampage in maryland last year, shooting six people, killing three, with some violence happening a busy shopping centers. sentencing hearing starts at 1:30. three baltimore police officers charged in a racketeering conspiracy. they now face 13 additional robbery charges. the officers indicted are among seven arrested earlier this year for stealing cash and drugs. and if running the department. twogrand jury also indicted civilians. alison: right now, a search for vandals who did $20,000 with a dama

elementary school. tom roussey is live at white oaks elementary. where is all the damage at the school? tom: you cannot see it from the roadway. this is the school behind me. in the back is a construction zone, adding to the school. the vandals went right over the construction fence in the distance. it's also possible they got in a different way. from a townhome community behind white oaks elementary, there is a paved path that neighbor say people use all the time. it goes a short distance through the woods, coming out near the school playground and the areas that were vandalized. whether the vandals came from that way or not, they did 20 grand worth of damage. a new addition to the school is being built. fairfax county police provided pictures of a fire set inside of the construction area and a shed with the front smashed and a backhoe someone slammed into a construction
