according to 9:30, metro transit police, a man purposefully -- purposely jumped onto the tracks and was hit and killed by a train. they stop service between ballston and clarendon. there is no estimate on when it will be back up, certainly looks like not tonight. that is all we know as far as the circumstances. one passengers said they were on a train that pulled into the station about the time this happened. she said the driver of the train threw on the air break and they came to a hard stop, but there was not a lot of communication and eventually passengers self-evacuated to the street level. server suspended for the origin silver lines between ballston and clarendon, no estimate of when the service will be back up. live in arlington, tom roussey,

indicted aides. tonight, a former congressional aide is accused of leaking naked pictures and video of the virgin islands representative. capitol police say that he stole the images from her phone last march when he was supposed to fix the phone. thestigators believe that 35-year-old wanted revenge after he stopped working for her last summer. himindictment also accuses of making fake email and facebook accounts to send the naked images to politicians. the police believe that he sent them to a former aide. brown-lewis was accused of destroying evidence and lying to investigators. no one answered at her last known address, and nobody answered phone numbers listed for mcculum. said, why weett are saddened by the damage we suffered as a result of the
