griffinsburg road. officers were responding to a domestic abuse call. when they arrived the suspect had driven away. they found him an hour later and in that stop the officers opened fire. the shooting is now under investigation. larry: more on the developing story in minneapolis where there is a demand for answers after a police officer shot an unarmed woman in her pajamas who just called 911. kellye lynn is watching this from the satellite center and has more now. kellye: thank you. tonight the family of the australian woman shot and killed by a minneapolis police officer begging police to provide some answers. so far, few details about what led to saturday's shooting have been released. the family of justine damond wants to know why. damond called 911 reporting a possible sexual assault near her home and was later shot by an officer. there is no dash cam video and both officerrers' body cameras were turned off.

wheel. stephen? stephen: yeah, alison, an intense situation up by capitol hill yesterday. a lot of people were worried about a possible terrorist attack so close to the u.s. capitol. now the man charged with this incident says that it was really an attempt to treat his back injury, which led to all of the problems. >> immediate concerns about a possible terrorist attack now attributed to a powerful painkiller to the man alleged to have called it all. yesterday, a black honda shot through an intersection. according to a witness, surveillance video, swerve around the cars and accelerated straight toward a barricade at the edge of the u.s. capitol. it smashed up the barrier then plowed into a cruiser entering the capitol police officer. the incident prompted an evacuation of a nearby building and a lockdown on the vicinity of the capitol, which went on for several hours. today we learn the man of the
