driver showed what happened saturday morning, february 18. we now know the officer was a two-year fairfax county policeman who was responding to a disorderly conduct call. investigators determined he was 40 mile per hour zone and his lights and siren were not on. virginia,he code of at that speed, he is required to have his lights and siren on. tom: after consulting with the commonwealth's attorney, he decided to charge the officer with reckless driving. he had already been taken off patrol. now he is on administrative leave. >> we are not above the law, and unfortunately somebody was injured and we need to take responsibility. normally a driver making a left has to yield come in this case the officer was at fault. >> at least 28 miles per hour above the posted speed limit. this is a danger to life, limb, and property. tom:

says it is ultimately up to him whether the officer keeps his job. he said he is waiting on the outcome of the court case and a police internal affairs investigation. live in falls church, tom roussey, abc 7 news. to tella scary scene you about in fairfax county, where somebody was driving the wrong way on 395. the police say the driver was involved in the next event, then went up the express lane ramp, broke the gate, and went northbound in the south down lanes. this happened this afternoon. no serious injuries, but the 61-year-old woman is charged with reckless driving. matters, a health lot in county chipotle will reopen for a health scare. this is the location on route seven in sterling. multiple people reported getting sick after eating there. chipotle says it is working with the county health department to resolve the situation.
