they're continuing that warning. where you see all of that parts of 95, that's where we have the toronto warning in place for. see exactly what this storm looks like and where it is heading. it's right along interstate 95 nd ultimately the whole thing is pushing farther over toward the east. a lot of times what happens with the thunderstorms, they'll get a ittle bit of rotation and it doesn't last all that long, but still if it holds together long quite a bit of damage. looking for u are the hook eye

shift shift. josh: the typical tornado in the radar. we don't always get these kind looks on radar. it's a lot more subtle trying to find where this rotation might be. a lot of times it's good news for us. it's usually not an incredible not a lot of really strong rotation. near this area, can still do some damage in a hurry. more seeing a little bit here and it shows us where we might be getting some inflow storm.he not exactly the hook echo, but a storm.into the what that can mean for us, a lot of wind on the front end racing get a little bit >> -- maybe do a

a live doppler. the storm is, just right there at bellevue. if anybody in the control room is able to access traffic cameras down interstate 95. the heavy rain and all the wind, you can see now, the rain is pushing farther off to the east. let me get that arrow out of there. there is not a clear signature on the radar, but you can see the very heavy rain that is wrapped up in here, and most of the lightning is off to the west. let's do a split screen so we can keep the live doppler up here. ok. you can see the winds, and that might be a little bit of hail, and we are seeing lightning in the area. you don't want to be out on the highway

conditions all the traffic looks awful happy. get into shelter and put as many walls between you and the exterior, and get as low as you can. a basement is a great place to be in a storm like this. the heart of it, would you say it is installing right there? it does not seem to be full -- moving to rapidly. >> the national weather service is a saying it is moving east at the me0 miles per hour, turn off radar briefly, for you here. we believe the lightning up, so you can see where everything is really heavy.

the baby due in october, born early while they were on vacation. the family claims when they tried to take the baby home the hospital refused, hitting them with a bill for thousands of dollars. here's abc's marci gonzalez. >> reporter: tonight, baby beckham ralph is home in indiana after a fight. not just for the preemie's life, but his family says, to get him released from the mexican hospital where he was born. >> it was health hostage -- hospital hostage. >> reporter: beckham's parents on vacation in cancun tuesday when mom michaela went into labor nearly 12 weeks before her due date. the family claims the hospital there refused to take her until they paid $3,000 upfront. and the family says the expenses kept piling up -- >> we want $4,000. we want $7,000. we want $8,000. >> reporter: charges for an emergency c-section and nicu care for little three-pound bekham, but also the family says, unexplainable fees
