with breaking news. jonathan: breaking news from centreville, a barricade situation coming to an end after six hours. the man involved put into handcuffs, walked away by the police. nancy: richard reeve is live in the neighborhood. what are the police saying, rich? very dramatic finish to the six-hour standoff in that apartment where the man was holed up. we have video to show you of the man being walked out in cameras rolling just yards away when he was brought out. apparently he had resisted arrest at about 3:30 this afternoon. the police got a call about a domestic situation. they found a man and woman outside. the man ran back inside with the kids. they finally sent officers into

27-year-old survivor is shedding more light on the horrible conditions that up to 90 undocumented immigrants endured on their journey. speaking from his hospital bed, he said there was no water for anyone in the trailer. he said he took the journey because there is no work for him where he lived in mexico. i woke up and wanted to run, but felt faint, so i fell. i was very weak. he is one of about 30 people taken to the hospital. 10 people have died. the fire chief believes that some victims will have irreversible brain damage. the driver of the truck said he had no idea anyone was in the back of his vehicle. he faces charges. investigators are digging for more information, including who organized this. jonathan: it has been 24 hours
