security changes are being made at a site in jerusalem considered sacred to jews and muslims. metal detectors are being removed from lion's gate. the process started this morning. israel installed those detectors after arab gunmen killed two this month. reports say high-resolution cameras will be placed at the site to provide increased security. and back here at home, nearly half of the 40 wildfires in the country are in montana. and the largest is the lodge pole complex fire. it has consumed more than 300,000 acres and a dozen homes. crews and equipment from 34 states are now on scene there in big sky country. many ranchers have been burned out, losing their herds. the lodge pole fire is a combination of several fires started by lightning strikes. cleanup is under way after a tornado. one of the most powerful tornados in years in the bay state. wind speeds reached up

the tornado tore through the second stories of townhouses and leveled other buildings completely. one of the buildings destroyed was a recreation center. >> freak of nature. and it does happen. and we're just thankful it didn't happen when anybody was in the buildings. >> there was only one serious injury reported, but a massive southern red oak, 66 feet tall, estimated at 200 years old was uprooted by the storm. it started as a waterspout on the chesapeake bay before moving onto land. and in the midwest, the rock river is expected to crest in illinois, just six inches below the record. roads are nearly impassable. and some vehicles have become stuck. many yards and basements are also flooded. turning now to sports and with kyrie irving looking to leave the cleveland cavaliers, lebron james was in the market for a new running mate. enter derrick rose. the 2011
