disrupt a terrorist plot to bring down an airplane. kimberly: overnight raids stopping a terror plot in australia. a look at how it went down. americans say the back-and-forth efforts to kill obamacare has their lives on the line. news at 11:00, on your side. kimberly: we begin tonight with breaking news from arlington. that is where the police, the fbi, and immigration agents arrested douglas alexander herrera hernandez on a warrant from texas. he is a member of the ms-13 gang and suspected in two murders in houston. he is from el salvador and was one of texas' most wanted fugitives. it felt like the rain would never end.

will not be long for d.c. and all the way down to the bay that the clouds break down. we still have flood warnings in the middle of berkeley and jefferson counties, and also upper marlboro in prince george's county. still watching for the floodwaters to recede, but for most of us big improvements. cool tomorrow, starting in the 50's, mid 60's d.c. high tomorrow, lots of sunshine and low humidity. about as nice as it gets for the end of july. the heat comes back and so do thunderstorms later in the week. more on that coming up in a few minutes. kimberly: all of the heavy rain caused a massive wall collapse at the fairfax village condominiums in southeast dcu an inspector rolled the structure unsafe, so residents were taken to temporary housing. there is no timeline for how long the repairs will take. fortunately, nobody was hurt.

department is pulling their entire fleet of nearly 440 suvs from the street, concerned about possible carbon monoxide fumes 60 policeickening officers and creating dangerous situations like this. >> i had absolutely no clue what was happening. police officerr brian mc dowell suing ford, saying that he believes he blacked out behind the wheel of his ford explorer because of an exhaust leak. >> i got a severe headache and felt nauseous. kimberly: officers in four states reporting similar symptoms. ford says the investigation is ongoing, but they believe the problem may be coming from modifications made by police departments installing equipment in the vehicles. nhtsa is expanding its investigation of all model year 2011-2017 ford explorers. they have gotten nearly 800 complaints, many from regular
