officer tested positive for carbon monoxide exposure. another case of a police officer passing out at the wheel causing an accident. the culprit, unsafe exposure to carbon monoxide. this crash happened in new board -- newport beach, california. but this latest case is in massachusetts. >> he passed out in the vehicle. the officer lost control, struck a car at a stop sign, and wound up in a church parking lot. he has been hospitalized. officers whother have tested positive for carbon monoxide exposure, the latest in a series of troubling incidents involving late-model ford assu'. the austin, texas, police department took nearly 400 vehicles off the street. ford said they are sending to inspecto auburn the vehicles and modifications made to the vehicle.

family is suing their local school district after the death of their daughter. 12-year-old mallory grossman took her life in june after being bullied on social media by classmates. forparents say their pleas help from the rockaway township schools went unanswered. months she was told she was a loser, had no friends. and finally she was told, why don't you kill yourself. alison: the district has not responded to the lawsuit. they also plan on suing the parents of the students who bullied their daughter. airport: a florida worker is recovering after being hit by lightning. look at this video, the worker just drops. turns out the lightning hit the airplane and sent a shock through his body. he is already out of the hospital and recovering. lucky. alison: 7 on your side
