for the mantorneys accused of shooting a woman during a traffic argument say that he acted in self-defense. he is accused of shooting the woman on eisenhower avenue in mid july. after the shooting he took off and then turned himself in. in court today, his attorney claimed the woman used her vehicle to box in his vehicle, then got out and threatened him. he is being held without bond tonight. the police say that a man arrested and accused of taking pictures up women's skirts may have targeted people who did not even know what was happening. brandon williams was arrested today. surveillance video helped them catch williams who is now accused of taking pictures at the columbia heights metro station while on the escalators. alison: an increased police presence at a council tonight where they were supposed to vote on a controversial bill to allow noncitizens to vote in city elections.
