you last week when district officers arrested marquese bos tic for kidnapping a woman by the kennedy center. he grabbed the victim while she struggled and scream. the woman fought the suspect off and he was only charged with assault before being released. yesterday, park police found bostic half naked on a bench near the vietnam memorial. witnesses found him touching himself outside of the women's restroom. >> they let him out the week later and he is doing the same thing. tim: officials could not comment on pending cases, but d.c. code enforcement says that suspects detained prior to trial must he a serious risk or danger to be capped in jail -- to be kept in jail. the suspect was not ordered to stay away from the national mall. ultimately it is up to a judge to decide if the suspect can get out before their trial. tim barber, abc 7 news.
