charlottesville. the uva medical center is preparing to possibly treat people on what they call a natural disaster scale. nancy: a ruling in the lawsuit involving taylor swift, the singer sued by former radio dj who claims her claims that he groped her cost him his job. lindsey mastis has the very latest on this. lindsey: the judge decided there was no way to prove that swift got him fired. she testified earlier this week that the former dj groped her during a backstage meet and greet in denver in 2013. she referred to a picture taken by tmz as evidence, saying the grab was long enough she was sure that it was intentional. the dj deny the allegations and filed a lawsuit seeking damages of $3 million. swift said his firing was a result of his decision. tonight it is clear the judge agreed.
