amazingly the driver walks away the minor injuries but the driver who hit her got away. now police are trying to track down that wild driver. alison: goodness. well, happening now d.c. firefighter and e.m.t. under investigation after a call sunday in southeast. parent of a toddler hurt in a fall refused to let the first responder treat him because they believe the crew member was drunk or under the influence of drugs. the first responder was then assaulted and is now in the hospital. police have not made any arrest. the toddler is doing okay. new developments tonight on the discolored water showing up in some homes in montgomery and prince george's county. chlorine levels were lowered to prevent toxic combination of organic material entering the water supply.
