allegedly tells police that her 13 year old son smacked her in the head and put his hands over her mouth. a fearful bloom had made the call after locking herself in the bathroom. in another call, fields stood behind her with a 12-inch knife and scared mom to death, not knowing if he was going to do something. the fbi says with a flood of tips coming in, they're asking the public to help. dial 1-800-call fbi. pierre thomas. memorials are being removed all over the country. in hollywood, california, workers took down this memorial in a cemetery. it had been there since 1925. it was taken to storage but the grave markers are still in place. and here in new york, a church took down a plaque. the city unive

>> a potential payout of $900 for each person here's rebecca var advicjarvis. >> reporter: a potential payout for those being offered free cruises all because of a proposed settlement in a class action suit. alleging they broke the law when they called people offering free cruises. the cruise lines all deny that they authorized the robocalls. anyone getting the calls from 2009 to 2014 may now be eligible for up to $900. for up to three phone lines. people can check on the settlement website to see if they received a call by punching in their phone numbers. they have until november 3rd to make a claim. robocalls to home and cell phones, the number one consumer complaint. >> this is an important message regarding your automotive warranty. >> reporter: they require concept. so the government's urging

this is blue, at the shoulder dress. and a comedian named lulu crouse put this dress up. she kept seeing so many people with it. about a year ago she put it up and was surprised to see it return the next year. she took photos every time she saw the dress, and this year she put them up. she collected dozens, published many of these photos of people wari wearing the exact same photo. she has more than 80 photos of people wearing this dress. she says that you lose about 80% of your mobility in the dress. your arms can't go up or down 45 degrees? >> it will come up onto your shoulder. the best part about this story is our producer, tony, while he was researching it looked over at a picture frame on his desk, and his wife, in that photo was wearing that dress. so literally, everybody has this dress except for me, i think.
