this is an intense investigation with three children, very troubling for the investigators, and we will be on this throughout the day and bring you the latest throughout the day. adrianna: more breaking news -- a robbery, assault, and crash in an annandale shopping center. we are live where that went down. >> a very active investigation, let's walk you through the chaos this morning, it started at about two blocks down the way on middle river turnpike where a driver says they were stopped at a stop light and heard a chaos. several cars were rammed by a suspect. the suspect got out of the car, ,rabbed the dog inside the car and coming here to this shopping center. police have most of it blocked off.

carjack a woman. a security guard from inside of a bank at the shopping center got involved. there was a scuffle and the suspect made away with the keys of a security guard car. that is when the suspect got into the security guards car and rammed into cars in the parking lot of this safeway shopping center. live, at the edge of the shopping center, the silver car with damage on the end, that is the security guards car that authorities say the suspect was in. we talked to a driver who had damage to his car and said he is ok. here, but height continued over there, the suspect stole another car apparently and got involved with another accident down there with three cars, so i hear. i hear that he is in custody. back here

the full forecast in a bit. adrianna: breaking news overseas, police in finland have shot a man accused of stabbing at least six people, one of the people stabbed is dead. it happened in a city with the finnish media saying several victims can be seen lying on the ground in a central part of the city. the attacker was shot in the leg and arrested. we will update you as we learn new details on that situation. an update on the terror attack in barcelona, spain with the death toll now up to 14 with one of the victims and american. more than 100 other people are recovering from injuries. molly hunter has details on the sweeping anti-terror operation going on right now following two separate ramming attacks. the bloody aftermath of another terror attack in the heart of a european city. the streets filled with tourists on a warm summer evening when terror struck.
