13-year-old boy tried to abduct a 31-year-old woman. jeff goldberg has details. jeff: it was just saturday evening, beautiful and a clear night when the 36-year-old woman walking along this heavily trafficked area of the elm farm road in woodbridge when she was accosted by the 13-year-old boy. when it happened she fought back. >> they are looking for 13-year-old boy that is suspected of trying to abduct a 31-year-old woman. >> i was shocked with how you young he was. >> the woman says she was walking on elm farm r

she noticed she was being followed by a male on a bicycle. >> the 13-year-old got off the bike, grabbed the woman and started to drag her across the road likely toward the woods. the woman was screaming and fighting and called 911 as the teenager took off on foot. >> you don't often hear of the 13-year-olds committing a crime like this. >> a mother of three wants to know why and how a 13-year-old boy could do this. >> a parent's responsibility to take care of their kids. >> the 13-year-old is charged as a juvenile. he is being held at the prince william county juve anytime

detention center. the woman only suffered minor physical injuries. live in woodbridge, jeff goldberg, abc7 news. larry: thank you, jeff. a man that made national headlines after killing a guest on tv talk show after the man revealed he had a crush on him is out of jail. he was 24 on the "jenny jones show" in 1995. in the show an acquaintance told him he was interested in him. schmitz shot and killed that man three days later telling police he felt embarrassed on national tv and sentenced between 25 and 50 years in prison and granted parole in march. >> well, bill cosby's sex assault trial has been pushed back to allow the new legal team a chance to catch up. the new date has not been set but the judge says he expects the comedian to be tried before next summer. the jury from the trial will likely come from philadelphia. that is a change from the first trial which had jurors from the pittsburgh area. cosby is charged with

alison: we have an update on whether we wait to see if one of the pandas is pregnant. they closed the panda house after she showed higher hormone levels but the pandas often have pseudo, or the false pregnancies so you don't know if they are pregnant until a cub arrives. we will keep you posted. >> that is incredible. alison: we're hopeful.
