building. keith daniels joining us live and what can you tell us? it looks like the fire is out. smoke now billowing from the apartment building. we are live at the woodbridge north apartments. smoke coming from the top of the building. if you look to the upper left-hand corner, you may be able to see those claims jumping from the corner now, from the corner of the building. scene is still very active. the fire broke out about 8:00 tonight after they say lightning struck the building. we spoke to several neighbors, many of them displaced from their apartments tonight. one woman was about 70 years old. she said she was sitting in her apartment when suddenly she heard a loud crackling boom noise. she realized it was lightning when she saw i read flash and then she
