washington and the second on st. clair drive in temple hills at this home behind me. at 5:00 this morning, neighbors say they woke up to a loud explosions and saw swat teams moving in and busting down the front door. this took place over the course of five hours. they say fbi agents are on scene. if you look to the left on the screen, you can see the swat team vehicle on st. clair drive. this is 4, 4 .5 miles away from joint base andrews. spca also showed up and removed between six and seven dogs, six to eight dogs i should say from inside the home and unclear if they were bulldogs or pitbulls. the fbi and the spca remain on the scene. stella

one ticket holding the key to the powerball jumbo jackpot sold in massachusetts. that much confirmed overnight but where the winning ticket was purchased have lottery officials scrambling this morning. first announcing it was at the store in watertown, near boston, then later admitting they made a mistake. the single ticket matching all the winning numbers was sold in chicopee. >> surprised as everybody else. store sold aown ticket worth $1 million and the ticket worth more than $758 million was sold at the station store. the store owners in chicopee will get paid $50,000 for selling the jackpot. ais is the fourth time winning powerball jackpot ticket was sold in massachusetts. >> we happened to be the lucky people involved. we are glad to pass it on. >> theea

melanie: eight people missing after a mudslide and a rockslide fit a small village near the italian border. evacuatede was yesterday morning with eight people believed to have been in the valley when the mudslide hit. rescue workers used a helicopter and dogs to try to get to the victims but so far have been unsuccessful.

information about a bizarre death investigation in ocean city. a texas woman suffocated in july after she was buried by sand. investigators say a woman was sitting in a full about four feet deep when it suddenly collapsed. still unclear what caused the whole to collapse. the office of the chief medical examiner has ruled the death accidental. kevin bushel from gaithersburg is one of the sailors missing after the uss john mccain collided with an oil tanker earlier this week. some remains have been recovered but officials say one body previously thought to be one of the missing sailors is not. research currently is on hold. -- the search currently is on hold. new developments in the talkshow murder gripping the nation 20 years ago, the man who killed someone after an incident on the jenny jones show is out of prison.
