center in woodbridge accused of sexually assaulting a female patient. they arrested this man on monday. he is being held without bond. investigators say at this point there is no indication that there are additional victims. michelle: take a look at this. a man standing at the entrance to the columbia heights metro station shooting at someone below. no one was hurt as far as the police know. tonight investigators are trying to find the two men seen in surveillance video recorded around noon on friday. jonathan: more unbelievable video. this time from florida. you see two men holding up a convenience store. you can see the clerk. he is doing everything they ask. he stands back and lets them do whatever they want. he cleans out the money drawer. when he thinks it's over and the thieves will make a run for it. watch this. in a second as they are watching he doesn't look behind them. he takes a shot with the gun. the bullet missed the clerk's head by inches. it lodged in a cigarette display case behind him. the clerk says the guardian angel must have been watching over him.

to a story we brought you last month. former police officer caught on video knocking out a valet unconscious for five minutes. now saw it happen. the officerer and his wife claim that the valet started it and threatened to fight them. listen to this. >> that is what he said. michelle: terrifying moments caught on video. fire consuming a school bus last night in california. seconds earlier a high school volleyball team was inside. paramedics had to check out four people but no one was seriously hurt. jonathan: students at a private school in bethesda are warned if they want to hail to the redskins, they have better do it outside school hours. kevin lewis explains what triggered the ban. >> this was the first racially integrated school in montgomery county in 1934. >> the green acres school in bethesda long prided itself on inclusion. >> we had students that do unit on native america and talk about the logo. >> the head of school explains that a recent third grade project led to the deep discussions.

in bethesda, kevin lewis. michelle: turn now to the path of destruction from hurricane harvey and a video that shows how little time many people had to escape. at midnight this garage is dry. you go to bed and this happens. we sped this up to show the outcome. seven-hour period in the dark of night. in seven hours a home went from dry and safe to enough water to cover up an s.u.v. up to the hood. jonathan: in the middle of the storms people are doing extraordinary things. this is a crew from the sister station in houstonment they are covering the flooding by boat. then this happens. >> they are yelling go to back porch. the water is moving like nobody's business. let's see if we can get to them. on the back porch. there they are. we are coming to get you. >> my goodness. >> you can see the reporter dropping the mic and jump in the water to

their boat and get them to safety. wow! michelle: powerful video there. >> we are now learning the story behind this viral image. you have probably seen it in the feeds by this point. deputy fast asleep after hours of water rescues. cnn reporter tracked down the deputy and said the picture was taken the first time he had been able to sit in 22 hours. >> all i could say to you is this good fun? are you mad at him? are you happy that the story is getting out of all that you guys are doing? >> it was done in fun. it was my sergeant's wife that was there. took the picture. she thought it was funny just the way i collapsed on a bag of charcoal. michelle: boy, did he deserve the few minutes of the naptime for them. no rest for the weary. the deputy is back on the job right now. >> you can understand that. nonstop adrenaline rush. 22, 24 hours straight.

port arthur, texas. top winds at 50 miles per hour gusts. it will diminish heading north to northeast. it is going to move to the coast tomorrow and accelerate north and northeast. when the acceleration comes the possibility that maybe over the weekend some showers from the remnant leftover may affect our area. this rain is not tropical. this is the weird amalgamated system on the coast. it produced gusty winds. ask brad bell about that. it's moving steadily. locally the rain comes to an end shortly. we'll do better with the clearing overnight. tomorrow is partly cloudy skies. we see temperatures tomorrow to make a rebound in the 70's. look for the possibility of showers in the mountains. but it will be brief. this is all about the timing and how fast the remnant circulation of harvey is. we could see effect of rain showers friday night. saturday and sunday if the system is not as fast as
