pregnant, died to a gunshot to the back of the head. investigators found the body of 31-year-old laura wallen who was four months pregnant and a shallow grave in damascus yesterday. >> we got the report from the autopsy today and found that laura had been shot in the back of the head. stephen: 32-year-old tyler tessier arraigned in court a few days after he appealed to the state for the woman he is now charged of murdering. >> i pray that she is safe and comes back. andhen: laura wallen tessier had dated on and off for about a decade. but tessier was dating a woman in damascus and recently had asked her to marry him. >> dozens of lies and inconsistencies. stephen: investigators say that both women believe that tessier was dating them exclusively.

breaking news on the international front -- north korea firing another missile. alison: it flew over japan, forcing a warning for people to shelter in place. the launch the latest sign of aggression from north korea. jonathan: for the latest, we turn to chief political correspondent scott thuman. scott: what is alarming to some is that this is happening despite the toughest sanctions yet imposed on north korea by the united nations. undeterred, another launch by the north, similar to previous ones in the early morning friday. a north korean official was quoted by reuters after the section saying the u.s. would "suffer the greatest pain it has ever experienced in its history." president trump was instantly briefed of the new test and we are winning to hear more from the white house. all along, there has been growing concerns north korea is close to the capability of putting a nuclear warhead
