tom: the suspects were often in the neighborhood. frederick police say this happened early september 1. three guys allegedly grabbed the 18-year-old victim by the hair from behind as she returned home, then dragged her and put a rag over her mouth. >> they approached with a knife and took her to a nearby vehicle . tom: the police say that edgar chias and victor gonzalez raped her while a third guy taped it on video. >> do you have the video? >> we are attempting to identify the third-party. tom: 19-year-old gonzalez is suspected of being in the country illegally. he came to their attention in april after being arrested on local failure to obey and resisting arrest charges. he was let out after three days. ice says they cannot comment on chicas'
