before the nats host the first postseason game of the year. ryan: that's right, adriana. the brazen these tried to use the stolen u-haul truck in the depths of the night to pull off a smash and grab, but they struck out. this is an active scene seven hours after the attempted robbery. police and fbi have been taking photos and gathering evidence all morning long. this is what is left of the atm machine. crews have been out here for the past 30 to 45 minutes hauling nothing away. it was destroyed. -- hauling that thing away. it was destroyed. used to be4 suspects stolen u-haul and ram to the atm several times with the back of the truck. a burglar alarm went off around 4:45 this morning, and that likely scared of them away. they did not get away with the machine, but they managed to get

truck. we just confirmed that the u-haul truck was stolen from the location just around the corner on south capitol street. it was stolen overnight from the back lot. we spoke with workers there who tell me to our cameras pointing down into the lot. they are looking at the video to see if the suspects were caught on camera. a lot of construction going on in this area. one guy told me he had multiple cameras on top of several buildings at the location. he is also going through the video to try and see if they capture the suspects. police tell us they would like to put the images out there later this afternoon. is the lead agency with investigation, trying to track down the four suspects who remain on the run this afternoon. we are live in south beach. ryan hughes, abc7 news. adrianna: thanks, ryan, for the update

missing teenager from norfolk. forreport has increased information that will lead to finding ashanti billie. she was last seen going to work at a subway shop in the norfolk military base last monday. she never showed up for work or classes that day. her phone was found in a dumpster a day after her disappearance, and car several days later. offering $20,000 for information leading to her. people in puerto rico are still coping with a lack of power and food more than a week after hurricane maria. officials say 10,000 containers of relief are already there on the island, but have not been delivered to residents. the problem, a lack of fuel and delivery drivers. president trump has waived the shipping restrictions yesterday and is sending three-star general to coordinate relief efforts. switching gears to weather in our area command lot chillier this morning as he walked out

student who was kidnapped at 7:45 in the morning from her honto the woods, and in thes like everybody small county in tennessee was a suspect at some point or another, including the victim's phone brother. we speak to him for the first time, we speak to her parents for the first time. they are speaking out exclusively to us. more alarming, we have exclusive access to interrogation tapes of one of the suspects in this case. he is mentally disabled, and a lot of questions are being raised about the way he was handled by police, and whether or not his testimony is remotely valuable. adrianna: also wanted to ask you about holly bobo's brother being suspected of at least kidnapping her at first. what did he say about being a suspect? never suspected of kidnapping or killing her, because he was there and house when she was missing. the story he told that

morning, however, was so strange and bizarre that even to this day, actually, there are people in tennessee who find it highly suspect. it was so unusual and strange that police and the tennessee bureau of investigation thought -- they were tapping his phone and tacking his computer and laptop and accessing his bank records for as long as three years after holly bobo went missing. clint bobo, her big brother, was a person of great suspicion for a very long time. understandably, the family had a difficult time with that, and as holly's mom told me, it was hard enough to lose one child and have the other child be the target of suspicion was also more than she could bear. vargas,: elizabeth thank you for your time.
