tim: this is been a gutwrenching night for ashanti billie's family. they want to north carolina to see if the body belongs to their daughter. all we know is that a body was found outside of a charlotte church. the fbi has a confirmed if this is ms. billie. the teen disappeared september 18. investigators believe that billie was last seen leaving a navy base where she worked at a blimpy store. we'll bring you new information as soon as we get it. nancy: more breaking news -- a grand jury has indicted one of the men charged with raping a high school classmate in frederick. he was indicted on charges of kidnapping and rape. the police say he and another teenager held their classmate
