online threats to kill howard students were two years ago. >> people left campus. we were definitely afraid. tom: u.s. district court documents indicate the night of november 11, 2016, johnrust went to panera bread in alexandria. the fbi believes that he use the wi-fi there to post the threats. upset over racial incidents at the university of missouri, he allegedly wrote, "any n-words left at howard university tomorrow will be the first to go. after all, it is not murder if they are black." rust is a registered sex offender who was not even supposed to use the internet. will before the threats come he pled guilty to sexual battery and indecent liberties with a child in latta county. thatrt sat -- students say even two years the arrest is a relief. >> you

community is devastated after a student died playing soccer for stop the executive director of the d.c. international system said the 10th grader had trouble breathing while playing in a game in southeast yesterday. the teenager was taken to the hospital, where he suffered cardiac arrest. counselors were at school today. jonathan: there is a major deadline for dreamers. nearly 50,000 illegal immigrants who came here as children still need to renew their immigration status. they have to do it by tomorrow. richard reeve joins us with some of their stories, including how one family's case was complicated by hurricane maria. there is a lot at stake it here to get the paperwork in. justrd: absolutely, jon, imagine hurricane really a getting in the way of filing paperwork in time. it happened to two college students going to school in puerto rico, and they are not the only ones facing the deadline. a demonstration and a deadline looming. >>

alison: an update from charlottesville -- a lawsuit will move forward over the removal of the statue of robert e lee. charlottesville voted earlier this year to remove the statue. white nationalists opposing the decision organized a rally in august that turned deadly. jonathan: just into the newsroom, three u.s. army special ops commandos were killed in the african nation of niger, two other wounded. they were green berets, officials say likely attacked by an al qaeda group. troops are in the region helping forces fight the extremists. alison: she says she is a loving mother who cares about her children's health, but tonight she is heading to jail. the mother from michigan was held in contempt for disobeying a court order to vaccinate
