charges. the actor struck a plea deal, months after police found hundreds of videos and thousands images of child porn on hardrives in his home. as part of the deal-- salling must pay 50-thousand dollars restitution to each victim. prossecutors will ask for 4-to-7 years in prison, and salling must register as a sex offender. however, the judge could still elect to give salling up to 20 years behind bars. not guilty - that's the verdict in the retrial for a man accused of killing a caterer at a fairfax county wedding. jurors found kempton bonds not guilty in the death of tyonne johns. cell phone video shows chaotic moments before the stabbing last year at a park in chantilly. bonds claims he stabbed johns in self defense - but johns' friends and family disagree. the first trial in july ended in a hung jury.
