michael ford, the third brother. but it was a terrible incident in the history of this county and resource. michael ford opened fire in march of 2016 at the district police station. there was a shoot out and eventually an officer was shot and killed. to bullet was determined have come from a fellow police officer in the midst of the shooting. forward admitted he drove his brother michael to the police station and that he incident on his cell phone. he pleaded guilty to counts of second-degree murder. he will get 20 years behind bars. his younger brother, elijah, admitted that he was also art of the conspiracy. that he was in the back fit -- he was in the backseat of the car, knowing

news, the driver who struck and killed a baby in a stroller entered a plea this morning. londonlive outside the county courthouse with why many people are upset by this plea. family of the child wanted harsher sentencing and charges for the defendant in this case. 46-year-old john miller pleading the incident that killed the 5-month-old. that is the same as pleading guilty, essentially. here he is walking into court this morning and he pleaded guilty to a much lesser charge of failure to yield. mindy scholz was walking across wide -- walking in a crosswalk with her 5-month-old son, tristan, in his stroller when he was struck and killed.

>> you are watching abc seven news at new, on your side. add code deadly wildfires rage across california. now in an uphill battle to do all they can to tame the flames. at least 11 people have died. more than 115,000 acres have earned. in santa rosa where people have lost everything. overnight, more than 20,000 residents and tourists were forced to flee. a hilton hotel complex. you can feel the intensity of the heat coming off of it. firefighters are so strapped that they aren't worried about the flames inside but they're worried about the embers flying out of it. thousands of firefighters called in from as far away as san diego to battle the blaze. >> oh my gosh.
