report that the boss had been shot twice. once in the head. responding officers, they actually spotted prince's black g.m.c. s.u.v. driving away. they chased up by they couldn't keep up. prescription hasn't been seen since. he lived in elkton, a small town in cecil county, maryland, close to the delaware line. this afternoon, officers, many wearing bulletproof vests surrounded his apartment there. one officer had a long gun aimed at the residents for hours. a red dodge charger connected to prince was parked out front. neighbors evacuated from their home stood in disbelief. >> this is a dangerous individual. this person shot six people in one day. three are dead right now. three are dead. this is a person with no conscience. not a person to be

>> prevailed in the dispute with the family. the lawsuit was dismiss's by the court. petland fairfax response was simply the dog died because of the neglect of the owner after purchase. but veterinary testing documents fail to identify the cause of death. do not appear to backup the claim. they said we provide warranties against the bacteria and the viral issues. once the puppy leaves the store, the store has no control over the care provided. petland refunded the finances charges for the puppy but they were still out the combined $2,300 for the down payment and the autopsy.
