let's get right over to meteorologist josh knight. in onthe cold air moving the backside of the system, bringing some snow into the area. i will have that camera up in a few minutes, but a wide picture, the cold air is moving in. ramping upssure is just off the coast. as the cool air moves in, snow in parts of western maryland. closer to home, that is where we are looking at showers beginning to break down a little bit across the region. with that, as the rain starts to move out, that is when we will really watch the wind ramp[ up. we will have wind gusts close to40 to 50 miles per hour. have your rain bands to the south, winchester, and often western maryland, blue and pink showing up,

overpass. there is fencing in the center with the low guard rails, making it very easy for a jumper. melissa harris was going places. was ad tells us she graduate student at marymount university in arlington, studying clinical counseling. she was driving a ford escape with her boyfriend in the front seat when virginia state police say that a 12-year-old boy jumped off an i-66 overpass and hit her car. terrible, especially that a 12-year-old would do something like that. cheryl: it happened saturday afternoon on the cedar lane overpass. this person works in a mental health facility. >> it's sad. cheryl: her boyfriend had to steer the car off the interstate. he was not injured. harris died at the scene.

second floor of a burning home. prince george's county fire is credited with saving all of them. the youngest just seven months old. nine people live in this temple hills home. some crawled out the windows, one even jumped from the second floor. a17-year-old is sedated on ventilator tonight. the mother was at work when the fire started. >> i never met for that. the fire department did a wonderful job, i'm not going to lie. kimberly: flames appeared to have started in the kitchen. fire investigators are trying to piece together what sparked it. an update every person was hit by an amtrak train in d.c. ewss was late-breaking n last night. the police are still investigating.

tonight, still no arrests in the laurel shooting that sent a 14-year-old to the hospital. howard county police found the boy last night on laurel road. at last check he was in critical condition. hateon 7, a symbol of plastered onto a car, a red swastika. now the police are looking into who would have done this and why. q mccray has the story that you will see only on abc 7. >> lipstick, makeup. since he aast thing expected to find, a bright red swastika. >> i looked on the window and i saw it had a symbol on the window. q: she was on her way to the movies with her sister when she noticed it. i said come over here and see what somebody put on my window. >> no, this is not acceptable. q: more than 24 hours

american troops overseas. officials investigating if two members of seal team six may have killed an army green beret. died back ingeant june as part of a small group of military personnel supporting the u.s. embassy. is lookinggation into asphyxiation as a possible cause of death. two seals are being questioned. so far they have not been charged. tonight at the white house, russian roulette of sorts, the first charges in the probe expected to be handed down as early as tomorrow morning. we don't know yet who will be charged or what the charges will be. all this as the president delivered a rapid fire series of tweets come as usual. sources tell abc news we may see the first arrest as soon as monday in the criminal investigation led by special counl
