hannity said he misspoke and apologized. jonathan: on the senate, rand paul making a return. his neighbor attacked him while he was mowing the lawn. nancy: a grand jury is deadlocked in the trial of bob menendez. they ordered the jurors to clear and return tomorrow and they say he was part of a bribery scheme involving a florida doctor. he denies the charges. jonathan: counting the votes. will they count? alison: that is what is discussed in stafford. nancy: the race is too close to call but some ballots are in limbo.

john: if the thought of black friday makes you cringe, waiting outside for six hours to get a video console we have good news for you. there are many deals you don't wait in line for. ten years ago if you wanted the hottest holiday season deals you needed to line up outside best buy or toys r us but times have changed. black friday isn't dead but it's dying. it cites a new study showing 52% of the people are res likely to shop -- are less likely to shop thanksgiving night. the reason is the discounts all reason long and that you will get the
