this sounds like a terrifying situation. how did this get started? tim: according to this report, the suspects kicked down the door and are in the process of kicking down the bathroom door inside when investigators arrived. this is a small latin american restaurant, a place that crime stats showed no problems. at this police report show that victimsresses were the of a bizarre and brutal attack that have people scratching their heads. a customer became so upset about the bill, she jumped the counter, began punching the waitress, and grabbed a knife off the counter. the waitress and her coworker locked themselves in the bathroom. the worker ran outside to get a man to help. when they returned, a third employee locked the front door. suspects kicked in the front door and started breaking through the bathroom door when the police arrived. >>

15 parts per billion. >> there is no doubt this standard is out of date. i would just be happy we are beating this out of date standard, and we are not. declined interview requests, but that is not stopping d.c. public schools, who just lowered their level to five parts per billion after discovering elevated levels last year. districts need to stop playing russian roulette with students by flushing water fountains between tests, hoping for a lower result. is high, a tap that flushing it, than sampling it and finding it is low -- that does not prove anything except you got lucky on that day. will the next child who drinks from that tap be lucky? most parents don't want to risk that. scott: baltimore city school district is

the police a the driver of the bus converted into a food truck ran a stop sign in ashburn in september and plowed into a withcarrying five people five people. a woman died at the scene. her husband who was not in the car at the time tells us their oldest son, a senior in high school, remains hospitalized and is doing well considering. the driver was indicted on multiple counts, including involuntary manslaughter, reckless driving, driving without a license, without insurance, and failure to have the vehicle inspected. he told authorities the brakes failed. the family told authorities the family is devastated. theirildren have lost mother, he has lost his wife all caps they are struggling to come to terms with their grief. the indictments provide hope that at least some measure of justice will be served. jay korff, abc 7 news. alison: and happening now come a search for survivors. sunday's
