habit the sheriff detectives spent four weeks watching monica snee at the locations across the county. this is where they spotted the special education teacher monica snee selling heroin and the opiate in the parking lot. they moved in with the warrant to pull her over and they found it loaded with the supplies of a hardened drug dealer. >> a car leaving school property operated by teacher. they had heroin and soboxone and empty baggies.
