leaves a man hurt in a bullet riddled vehicle. this started on east capitol street with the victim ending up on the ramp at 295. >> we have more information on the shooting rampage in california. kevin neil first killed his wife and hid the body under the floor of the home and then he killed four more people wounding ten others at locations including at an elementary school. a number of children were hurt but none died. neil started to target people at random when he couldn't get in the school. michelle: we should add that neil died in a shootout with police after leading officers on the chase.
