after tweeting that tax cuts are getting close. but the senate's version of the bill appears to be in jeopardy. senator ron johnson became the first to oppose the measure, saying it favors corporations over small businesses. and a last-minute vote to roll the obamacare repeal into that bill is triggering more disagreement. >> the mandate has been a pretty ineffective tool. it hasn't prevented premiums from sky rocketing, nor has it kept insurers from leaving markets. >> this is not just another garden variety attack on the affordable care act. this is repeal of that law. >> senate republicans can only afford to lose two votes on this. several gop senators are still undecided, including susan collins and bob corker. tampa police say they're closing in on that suspected serial killer.

releasing new video of a possible suspect linked to four murders. they say this video shows a person walking moments before the latest victim was shot and killed early tuesday morning. it's believed to be the same person spotted near the scene of the first murder last month. a manhunt is under way in baltimore and around for a suspect who shot a veteran homicide detective in the head. the officer was conducting an investigation in the western part of that city when he was hit by gunfire. doctors say he is critically ill and on full life support. the fbi and others are offering a $62,000 reward for any information leading to the gunman's arrest. and there may be a major break through in detecting the brain disease, cte when a patient is still alive. researchers in illinois say a brain scan revealed the disease in a living former nfl player four years ago. the diagnosis was confirmed after he died. if it holds up, it could be a big step toward finding help for cte patients and ultimately
