we will stay on top of this for updates as soon as we get those. alison: back at home and first at 11:00 am a child with autism assaulted on a school bus twice. jonathan: it was at the hands of trusted school workers in fairfax county. alison:'s school bus driver and are charged tonight. jay korff is live with the investigation. jay: the police told me tonight the alleged attacks occurred aboard the bus. based on surveillance video, they appear to be unprovoked. the fairfax county police charged 62-year-old bus driver aide edwards iii and the with battery of an 11-year-old with the autism spectrum. the authorities say that a school system employee witnessed the second incident and stepped in, leading to the in
