under 13 years old. >> i'm so horribly sorry that this was like a match that turned into a forest fire out of control. >> reporter: beyond criminal case, at least 125 women have accused him of abusing them under the guise of medical treatments. gabby douglas now the latest athlete to say she was abused by nasser, posting for years we were conditioned to say silent. makayla marrone and alley raisman coming forward in recent weeks. earlier telling "60 minutes." >> what do you say gymnastics do and larry nassar do to manipulate these girls so much that they are afraid to speak up. >> reporter: and usa gymnastics say they are very sorry any athlete was harmed by larry nas ir, saying he was reported to the fbi in 2015. nasser may

behind bars. his accusers will be able to make statements. the sentencing won't end until all of them have spoken. and congressman john conyers is refusing calls to step down over sexual harassment allegations from former aides. he invoked the claims against president trump as part of his defense. he said if people were required to resign over allegation a lot of people would be out of work, including the president. he is facing accusations from a third woman. melanie sloan says he harassed and verbally abused her in the '90s and congressional leadership ignored her complaints. and joe barton says police are investigating him after a lewd photo appeared. a woman he was dating threatened to go public with his photos after he ended their relationship. he also said he had consensual

women when he was going through a divorce with his wife. a spokesperson for roy moore has abruptly quit. the moore campaign denies that it has anything to do with the sexual misconduct allegations against the r trnc is not reestablishing support for moore, despite president trump's statements seemingly supporting moore. and a new ad for doug jones lists all of the alleged accusers by name. >> they were girls when roy moore immorally pursued them. will we make their abuser a u.s. senator? >> moore septembnt out a new cot

overnight. two more women say they were groped by senator al franken, bringing his total number of accusers now to four. the latest accuser spoke with the huffington post on condition of anonymity. think both say he grabbed their backsides while posing for photos during campaign events. one woman says he suggested joining her in the bathroom. following the initial allegations from leanne tweeden. >> you're going to take a photo with senator franken, what happens? >> my husband steps away from us to take the photo. i stand next to senator franken. he pulls me in to him and moves his hand to my butt. >> franken says he doesn't remember taking the picture but feels bad she felt disrespected. he says he never asked anyone to join him in any bathroom. moving on now, we've learned that french police have stopped

plot. six people have been arrested in northeast france. they were said to be planning an attack on a christmas market about 80 miles outside paris. concerns about holiday incidents in europe remain high after last year's attack in berlin. a terrorist plowed a truck into a christmas market. the u.s. navy is expanding its search for three sailors. the transport plane was carrying 11, and eight people were rescued. they are aboard the "uss reagan", and those rescued are in good condition. engine failure likely brought that plane down, but the u.s. will only say an investigation is under way. facebook says it's launching a new tool that will let users know if they followed russian propaganda accounts. the portal will allow users to see which

or liked from the russian-owned research agency. facebook has said that as many as 150 million facebook and instagram users may have seen ads from the internet's research agency. i'm sure there are many in the clinton pain campaign saying what took you so long. and now how an act of generosity is changing his life. it starts with kate mcclure. she was driving along interstate 95 one night and ran out of fuel. as she walked to get gas she encountered johnny bobbitt jr., a homeless man who told her to stay in her car and lock her door, he then used his last $20 to buy kate some gas to get her home. >> johnny is a military veteran, served in the marine corps and was a paramedic. before his life turned around. kate and her

>> i am. >> nice, so humblebrag. you can tell us what to do. right now, i'm hosting thanksgiving this year and the bird we're going to use is still flying out back. ask o >> oh, man. >> what do we do at this point? >> it doesn't matter if your thanksgiving is totally perfect, snok. >> as long as your turkey is perfect, everything else is gravy. if you burn the sweet potatoes, it doesn't matter. if your turkey is still frozen, we're real close to thanksgiving. there's an easy way to thaw it out. it's going to take about 30 minutes per pound. you take your turkey here, keep it in this netting but keep the wrapper underneath it on. >> you can thaw it out while that's still there. >> exactly. fill up your kitchen sink can cold water, put the turkey in, breast side down. make s

submerged, flip the turkey and change the water every 30 minutes. 30 minutes a pound is going to thaw it out in time to cook for thanksgiving morning. >> depending on how big a turkey you have, we might be out of time. >> even if you have a 24-pound turkey, it's going to take about 12 hours, you still have time. this is a safe way to do it. >> what do we do then? >> cooking a tur skey is super, super eazysy. we took the giblets and neck out and patted it dry. all you want to do is brush this with a little vegetable oil. you want to help me do this? >> yes. this is vegetable oil? >> we use vegetable

>> awesome. it's going to get brown but not burn in the oven. >> this gives it a nice glaze. >> a nice beautiful golden brown color. it's going to be crispy and beautiful. >> are you supposed to do that or no? >> go like this. >> so basically no. it's all good. >> so about two-thirds of your way through the cooking time, that's going to vary depending on what size bird you have. if you need information, you can call us or text us and we'll help you with that. about two-thirds through the cooking time, tent it with aluminum foil. this will slow down the breast, and the dark meat will continue to cook at a higher rate. you're going to keep a nice, juicy breast while the thigh meet and legs co meat and legs come to a higher temperature. to make sure it's done, use a

you want -- >> that's so gory. >> that's okay. you put it right down in. you want that to be 170 degrees. but because this has been tented, this part's going to be a little warmer, and the dark meat is really good at 180. after your turkey comes out of the oven it's going to be beautiful and golden. >> voila. >> you want to let it rest 20-30 minutes before you carve it to let all the juices redistribute. that's when it's going to be really juicy. >> and you want to stab it, right? >> no, you just want to carve it. if you don't have a carving knif knife use a slicing knife. >> or get it at the grocery store and have them carve it. >> you can purchase some precooked turkeys, so there you go. >>
