scores have been talked about. washington ends up winning. washington state gets knocked off and you and i have been around david shaw a long time. kind of took the baton from jim harbaugh and has taken his program to an even different level. the consistency is remarkable what he has been able to build here. if you are a stanford fan, you have so much to be proud of. not only the results on the field, but the way they get it done. >> chris: perfectly said. i couldn't add anything to that, except shaw did, and this is meaningful for him to become the all-time leading stanford coach. he surpassed pop warner, and he is going to up his personal record to 13-0 at home against non-conference teams, and stanford will make it six in a row here against eight top ten teams. this may not be the loudest and most imposing place, but it's a tough place to come in and win. >> kirk: and like a lot of coach that is win consistently, he has

good evening. at this hour dozens of patients are learning their doctor might have been a fake. for five years he delivered using nd prenatal care fake credentials. we have details of the missteps and now lawsuit ramping up against prince george's county hospital. >> i didn't even know that this man wasn't certified to be a doctor. >> on the phone a former patient of dr. charles acoda who practiced medicine at prince george's county hospital for five years and a man who prosecutors say should never have been a doctor. >> he has to see certain body parts and then to know you're not certified to do that makes you seem like a creep. >> maryland's board of physicians granted him a medical license in 2011 but stripped him of the license this year after he admitted in federal court he obtain

social security number and a name that wasn't even his own. >> there is no evidence that he actually attended a medical school. reporter: attorney david allen is now representing several of acoda's former patients and in a class action lawsuit accusing the hospital of failing to roperly aggravate him. >> it's just shocking. reporter: they wrote in court documents that if dr. acoda was so good at committing fraud and was able to dupe the board of physicians there is no reason to believe a reasonable investigation by the hospital uld have detected doctor acoda's fraud. allen believes there could be hundreds of patients who still believe they were treated by a doctor. >> they could be facing death or brain damage and you have a person not qualified to handle that situation. it makes it very

dozens of calls from former patients, now victims. news.verly, abc 7 >> right now two virginia races up in the air after a voting mixup. some people cast their ballots n the wrong delegate's race. >> as you can see i have the three here in my hand. talk about a massive mixup. according to the paperwork here hundreds of virginians voted in the wrong district earlier this month. now here's what we found out. it identified at least 147 registered voters in fredericksburg and stafford county voted in the wrong virginia house of delegates election. the state board of elections did the research and reviewed all the voters and addresses by hand, comparing this year's info to last year's. that's when they noticed the problem. some of the voters live within a few hundred yards of the district line but

much further away in other areas where mapping the states becomes a less likely cause of the issue. get this. we've been telling you about the tight house race and possible recount in stafford county where republican bob thomas is leading the democrat by 82 votes. well, one of the analyses shows 125 voters incorrectly voted in that district. this is a huge issue. we also found out the state voter registration address list is checked against a map regularly. it isn't done regularly. so unless specific requests are made for assistance, the department also only began using modern diatchenko mapping technology last year. so there could be other areas where voters voted in the wrong district. this is a huge issue and we'll keep you posted. until then, that is the latest from the live desk. abc 7 news. anchor: thank you. d.c. firefighters are reminding us to be aware of

the terrorist attack on an egyptian mosque. the imam who was reciting prayers at the time of the assault recounted the event saying i heard what sounded like an explosion outside the mosque and then people came inside firing at the worshipers. survivors say at least two dozen militants carrying isis flags surrounded the mosque 125 miles northeast of cairo. hurling explosives into the mosque and firing at everybody trying to escape through doors and windows. then they stepped inside shooting anybody who was still alive. many victims said their final prayers during the carnage. they even shot at arriving ambulances. no group has claimed responsibility but the islamic state is suspected. those worshiping may have followed a mystical form of islam, which isis considers heresy. muslims in the u.s. condemning the attack. >> it connects to the texas shooting we had recently.

>> it was work. we'll see. outside tonight it is still pretty warm. temperatures haven't fully dropped back. cold front came through a while ago and actually came through dry. meaning there wasn't any shower action with it. the colder air is lagging a little bit behind and has yet to cross the area. i think later this afternoon we'll be around 50 degrees but the high today will be where the temperatures are currently at this hour which is about 54 degrees right now downtown. look at that. 54 leesburg. 46 winchester. those winds are starting to pick up from the north and west. 9 right now in frederick. 13 leesburg. 14 in winchester. flip that over, gusts 18 to 22. we may hear a little wind later tonight as you sleep and into tomorrow morning. the front will continue to cross our area and the breezes will be a little gusty at times through the first half of tomorrow. but most of this moisture along the frontal system will be pushing out of here and for tomorrow especially for travel heading home from the holidays looking pretty nice. scattered
