inside the beltway. this morning a new bus route started from fairfax county government center to foggy bottom. >> today there were mistakes. 14% of drivers didn't have an e-z pass in rush hour. >> if you are approaching 66 and sees any signage lit with pricing on it. your license plate is red post-5:30 in the morning or 3:00 this afternoon you will be sent a notice in the mail. sam: a big player. if you were on the road at any of those times, despite the time goes into effect you will pay. you think you got a violation this morning or this evening go to vdot website to avoid the violation. you will have to pay $1.50 administration fee. in the time we were in the store the price changed and it's now $6.50. the price update every six minutes. reporting live along i-66, sam sweeney, abc7 news. alison: we will keep watching

the f.b.i. about conversation with the russian ambassador. but it's raising question on what president trump knew and when and if he could be charged with obstruction of justice. over the weekend saying he had to fire flynn in part because he lied to the f.b.i. indicating president trump knew of its former national security adviser lying before pressuring then f.b.i. director james comey to go easy on flynn. a white house offering a series of explanations saying his lawyer is responsible to write the tweet. the lawyer said he cannot obstruct justice because he is the chief law enforcement officer and has a right to express a view of any case. democratic senator feinstein disagrees. >> i think what we are beginning to see is the putting together of obstruction of justice.

what happened with the firing of director comey. larry: for the threat of a shuteddown congress has until friday to figure out a spending plan for next year. we have more on what will be done to avert that at 5:30. alison: in last year's campaign, at least 13 women accused then candidate trump of sexual harassment and assault. one of the women says despite the country's new focus on sexual misconduct she feels forgotten. >> i'm so thankful that other women have the courage to come forward. i do feel forgotten. you can't help but wonder why people aren't talking about trump. alison: billy bush is reaffirming that it was president trump's voice on the infamous "access hollywood" video that surfaced in the campaign. the president reportedly raised doubts about the video

32-year-old man charged in the disappearance of a 3-year-old in north carolina. he is being held on $1 million bond after court appearance this morning. they have not charged him with woods' death. only now with hiding her body and withholding information from the police about the investigation. they did not reveal new information in court but we know he is the live-in boyfriend of the mother. she did not die of natural causes. her body was found saturday five days after she was first reported missing. at the "live desk," nancy chen, abc7 news. larry: what is expected to be a day's long sentencing hearing began for michael slager. the former south carolina police officer pleading guilty to the federal civil rights charges in the 2015 shooting death of unarmed traffic stop. he ran away from the car and after the chase, slager fired eight times killing scott. alison: at home a man is under arrest after a bizarre chain of events on metro.

didn't pay the fare when he entered the minnesota avenue station last night. but once he was on the platform he threw a rented bike on to the track. orange line train hit the bike forcing the trains to single track for four hours. no one was injured. he is also accused of setting fire to the platform before leaving the station. larry: new developmentsments ine death of two teenagers before graduation. one of the man accused in the death had a hearing. brad: we have just come out of court i have had an opportunity to go through the legal documents in the case and they spread light on how brutal a crime this was. this happened last june. got an awful lot of attention. two high school graduates to be, they were going to graduate next day. names are drteem and najar were found murdered in

it took a month but the police made three arrests but they had a secret. they knew four guns were actually used in the commission of this crime. over the last several months they have worked to develop clues. finally they got d.n.a. link. they found d.n.a. on a shell casing that linked up with a man named ronnie gellesia. he is the man who was arrested last week and appeared in court today. the state attorney spokesperson telling us they never gave up on the case. >> they kept tracking down suspects, whoever they could. looking closely at the d.n.a. developing through the informant and witness. brad: i have had an opportunity to exchange text messages with the father of one of the victims and he is telling me that his family is still healing. he says he visits his son's grave frequently. he is pleased that this fourth arrest has been mad

video of the shooting. >> the police chase ended with a crash and the fatal shooting of 25-year-old guysar. the feds stepped in to investigate. but tonight the fairfax county police chief ed rossler said one of the fairfax county police cruisers on the scene caught the shooting go down with the dash camera. >> when the in-car video is no longer needed for the officer interviews and will not interview with the investigation, i strongly recommend it be released to the community. >> rossler believes the public and victim's family have a right to see the video. he would not elaborate on what he himself has seen of that video. >> i have released videos in the past as chief of police, this video needs to be

larry: "7 on your side" in health matters as cvs makes a bid to buy aetna. we lec at what it could mean for -- we look at what it could mean for you. >> it combines one of the biggest drugstore chains with one of the biggest health insurers to give a single company a hand in how consumers are covered and where they buy the medicine. they insist it will make basic care more convenient and less expensive. skeptics wonder if it means fewer choices and higher cost. >> if aetna is in your insurer, will they force you to go to cvs and get the prescription filled and have doctors and wellness visits. if it limits consumer choice it may put pressure on prices
