southeast. was anyone hurt? indeed, the visible condition of the elderly man who lived in the lower loft is why we are here according to authorities. d.c. fire says the fire started on the ground floor and the man inside was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. a witness tells me the man's hands were tied behind his back when he was brought out of the building. the police say the calls of the fire appears to be suspicious. all of those things added up, a short time ago, atf arrived on the scene. thankfully, the building residents were safely evacuated. >> there was a considerable amount of smoke. we escorted several residents out. notewe should

and the like which requirement could be reduced from two years to one. the state superintendent of education hired a business consulting firm to audit the allegations at ballou high school. michelle: charges filed against two elementary school teachers accused of having marijuana on school grounds. they were both arrested friday. both taught at the elementary school in arlington. the police searched both the school and a car parked on school property. both teachers have been suspended pending the outcome of the investigation. i meteorologist josh knight and we are tracking a cold front that will be bringing rain tomorrow. for that happens, about 60 degrees. quiet right now, but there is the cold front. the rain and thunderstorms further to the west. this will fill-in tomorrow and we will have rain in the afternoon. tomorrow

information in the deadly shooting of a mclean man by u.s. park police. nancy chen joins us from the newsroom with more. nancy: we're learning that a video inside of a police cruiser captured the shooting. sean geiser was shot by the u.s. park police november 17 after ae police say that he hit vehicle and led officers on a chase. the fairfax county police he wants the video released once the fbi is finished investigating the shooting but would not elaborate on what he saw on the video. in theve released videos past as chief of police and i believe this video needs to be released. i have done so for fairfax county and other jurisdictions have done so. nancy: while the shooting happened in fairfax county, the chief said he is deferring to the fbi on this. nancy chen, abc 7 news. michelle: we have all heard about babies born on the
