it is still a very active scene. some three and a half hours later, police had the streets blocked off. investigators are flooding the street, searching for clues. this death investigation drawing a big response. this is all taking place in the river terrace neighborhood near 34th street northeast in clay treet. they have no idea she died or how long she's been out here. this neighborhood has been concerned for about three weeks now, ever since 53-year-old joni rockingham went missing. sharet and the name no one has seen her since thanksgiving. her sister tells me it's been a very hard and terrible three weeks. but she says it's too soon to say if it's definitely her. but he's calling it very suspicious. >> we're also looking into the possibility. we have not identified the person yet. but we're
