we have more now on how the fix will affect thousands of riders. >> this morning, metro discovered a broken cable that is more than 40 years old. installed with the original track. the cable is integral to the system because it supports -- [inaudible] to eliminate risk of a collision, metro is only allowing trains on each track between brooklyn and takoma at any given time. in other words there will be congestion. there will be delays through friday. then this weekend, the metro will install new communication table. shuttle buses replacing trains between sul ver spring and rhode island avenue on saturday and sunday. the line service at fort fort to then is not

michelle: investigators are saying the fire near bel air were caused by cooking fire. they are making progress in the fire on ventura with 20% contained. evacuation orders are in place for thousands. the best of humanity shining through. a family returned home to find it devastated by fire but the van was spared.
