shocking moments here caught on video. a man crashes a car. stripped down to his birthday suit. and then begins attacking vehicles. that scene ended with the crashes and the traffic delays for miles on route 28 in herndon. jonathan: at this hour we uncovered new information about the man at the center of all of this. richard reeve live where it went down. what was the deal? richard: john, incredible story unfolds here on route 28. this particular guy first is walking on the roadway with the shirt off. then minutes later, he is completely naked. nina johns was feet away when it happened. the man without a shirt striding down busy route 28 is 32-year-old jose gonzalez flores. >> i see a man walking between cars. i'm thinking it's an accident and he needs help. richard: she saw an accident but that is only the begivenning. >> we have

coming in for what originated as an accident. now there are males fighting in the roadway. >> moments after ramming the pickup through the vehicles, flores begins punching one of the other drivers. >> he walks past my car and punches my door with the side of his hand. he has something else in his other hand. >> that something else is this cutting tool. but he doesn't get back in the car. >> instead he climbs over the barrier. and he gets undressed. he comes back in traffic buck naked. >> in the birthday suit jumps in a moving flatbed and start hitting the cab with the cutting tool. >> the suspect now has no clothes on and he is running against the guardrail and banging on other vehicles. >> a shopper and k9 search is on. until he is found in a drainage ditch in nearby woods. >> we are not sure if he had a medical emergency after the accident or under the influence of drugs and alcohol. >> it was frightening for everybody

jonathan: now must-see video from michigan. a guy that police say was drunk, and you will understand why, is running from them. starts when he rammed an ambulance called to check on a guy who passed out in the parking lot of a gas station. then he comes alive, ran past the cars and the chase is on. the police flipped the car once but he flips off the police and keeps going. they have stop sticks to blow out the tires before spinning him out again. it worked. they ram his car in a corner and the man continues to flip them the bird as they arrest him. this time he indiana up in handcuffs -- ends up in handcuffs and jail. michelle: it's happened again. a ghost ship with a skeleton inside washed up on the coast of japan. it is believe the boats are north koreans who die at sea attempting to flee the communist regime. new video of sou

now is some snow ban moving through the area. the snowshowers widespread through the west. we look at the traffic cameras. 81 and 66. it looks like the traffic is moving along. not a lot of this is sticking to the road. it will be a dry snow. almost a snow globe snow that is blowing around like this. in part of warren county to fauquier and loudoun county is where the line is where the snow continues to move west. it's not yet around d.c. i do expect it to move through the progression for the next couple of hours. i want to show you the hour-by-hour forecast. i will advance this to 8:00. notice by that time it starts moving in to the d.c. region. the d.c. metro up to the part of gaithersburg area. farther north. in northern maryland. there could be some spots to get an

over the course of a couple of hours. once we get to 10:00, maybe 11:00, that should be out of our area. so if you are going to be out and about this is a night that you could go to dinner. walk in the restaurant. hanging out. you will go outside and look, snow on the car. snow on the grasses. i wouldn't expect any on the roads. roads are fairly treated but it will move through. tomorrow will start out cool. much warmer than this morning. we will probably have more sun than clouds and it should be a dry day. slightly warmer. still on the cool side relative to where we should be this time of year. the forecast for this evening, 26 to 32. the snobs early. mostly cloudy and cold early and skies will clear out. more tomorrow. partly cloudy. the breezy conditions as well. not going to feel warm. but warmer. 37 on friday.
