details are emerging from a school employee sharing video on snapchat of a student undressing at a school for special needs children in d.c. anna-lysa gayle at the abc7 "live desk" with what happened here. anna-lysa? anna-lysa: court documents show an instructional aide working at the st. coletta of greater washington recorded disabled student on snapchat while she was undressing in a bathroom at the school. the aide has been identified as 23-year-old krisha garris from temple hills. she was arrested and charged with voyeurism. this happened december 1, according to police, while the disabled student was in the bathroom to have her tube and the diaper changed. the tube delivered nutrients to her stomach. she communicates nonverbally according to the website. st. coletta served children and adults with intellectual disability and provides support to their families. in a statement, a school spokesperson says the

was immediately terminated upon st. coletta becoming aware of her alleged conduct for violation of the cell phone, social media and the confidentiality policy, which all prohibits the taking or the posting of the pictures or the information about substitutes. coming up at 5:00, hear from the aide told police when she was confronted about the snapchat video. in the newsroom, anna-lysa gayle, abc7 news. jonathan: thanks. also right now at4:00, hearing taking place after the charlottesville. >> the man who plowed in a car killing heather heyer. alison: you will remember the clashes turned deadly in august when the counterprotesters collided with the rally. jonathan: remember, even one man pulled a and gun started shooting.

here and there is a press area specially designated. police outside the courthouse. all of this because of what happened last year. a lot of emotion here right now. much of the focus today on 30-year-old james fields of ohio. he faces a second-degree murder charge accused of driving the car that plowed in a crowd of counterprotesters. 32-year-old heather heyer was killed. dozens were injured. his case is the fourth case heard by a judge. moments ago we financed hearing from the witness testimony about 52-year-old richard preston who is accused of firing a gun within 1,000 feet of a school. you may recall it was in your face, back and forth between the white supremacists and the counterprotesters. today we saw a video where a man makes a miniature flame thrower pointed to preston's direction. in turn, this is on the video. he pulls out a handgun and fires in that man's direction. there is one gunshot.

the judge threw out the inciting a riot charge. that was the most serious felony here. keep in mind, the six defendants face a slew of charges and potentially years in prison. the prosecution relied heavily on surveillance and the police body cam video. saying it clearly shows the defendants engaging in a riot. they stood by and supported those who aimed to deface and destroy property if they didn't indeed do it themselves. >> they have come back and basically said the first amendment is tantamount to criminal activity. stephen: the defense says it's a first amendment right to associate who you choose and to protest. we heard the name "donald trump" frequently, and the defendant saying those charged with rioting simply exercising their right to express disapprove of donald trump's message of hate. >> yeah. people are going to talk about trump. how people are out on the stre
