movie releases of the year, coming up now. 11:00, on 7 news at your side. jonathan: developing tonight, a story we are keeping a close eye on, senator john mccain at walter reed hospital, addressing the side effects of his brain cancer treatment. alison: there are reports his health is declining. nancy chen is live at walter reed tonight. nancy: senator mccain is said to be increasingly frail. that is why he has at walter reed medical center for what is being described as side effects from his cancer treatment. sources telling cnn tonight they have been worried about him lately. at recent gop meetings, he was operative submitting the way he normally does. he is currently five months into treatment for brain cancer after being diagnosed in july. he has worked tirelessly despite his health.

of snow in the weekend forecast coming up. meanwhile, charles county police are investigating after a man was found shot to death. sky track 7 flew over the scene on holly avenue at spruce street in waldorf. the police say that a dark car took off from the scene, but there is no description of the driver. schooln: she works at a for children with disabilities and she is accused of taking video of a student while in dressed in the bathroom. tonight we are learning more about what happened and how the police found out about this. anna-lysa gayle is joining us live from southeast washington with the latest. anna-lysa? anna-lysa: jonathan, i spoke with one parent on facebook who said she is now concerned about privacy following the incident here at this special education public charter school. the school has issued a statement, a stern stance on the issue. >> it saddens

this would happen in our community at a school like that and to a child. anna-lysa: an instructional aide at saint colletta of greater washington is charged with voyeurism and under arrest. the police say that krisha of as recorded video special needs child while the student was undressed in the staff room and then sent the video to snapchat. >> it is shocking. anna-lysa: court documents show the child in a wheelchair designed to help her around the school. she has multiple disabilities and needs a feeding to. detectives say that krisha garris recorded the video while the child was in a pamper and bra in the bathroom while being changed. interview, the aide confessed to recording the video on snapchat, saying that she wanted to document her stressful day using the caption "want to go home." >> the
