disputing the allegations of sexual misconduct againstes him. on "good morning, america" he acknowledged having relationships with women working on his program but denied any wrongdoing. in a statement from pbs, they said smyly needs to get his story straight and that he should not have had relationships with women where employment may be linked to sex. new accusers are coming forward. the fda is planning some changes, balancing safety concerns about homeopathic drugs with the desires of consumers who want to use them. about $3 billion of those drugs are sold annually, marketed for treatment for everything in colds to cancer. now the fda is issuing tougher enforcement. there are a couple of storms to watch that could make for an unhappy week before christmas. the snow brought
