hours investigators confirming the amtrak train that derailed in washington state was speeding. the train was traveling at 80 miles per hour.. in a 30 mile per hour zone. as maggie rulli reports, three people were killed, and dozens of others injured. and alaska airlines confirms it lowered fares on flights between portland
