shoppers. 19 people were injured. right now police are calling it a "deliberate act" - but not terrorism. new this morning. medical examiners releasing a new report on the shooting massacre in las vegas. the coroner says all 58 victims died of gunshot wounds. that ends speculation that some of them may have been trampled as thousands tried to escape the outdoor concert. police calling this the deadliest mass shooting in modern u-s history-- and all the deaths have been ruled homicides. that report also confirms that the gunman shot and killed himself moments before police reached his hotel room. developing now in the district-- two d-c public charter schools closing their middle schools. representatives with chavez parkside public charter school and seed public charter school sat before d-c's public charter school board this week-- asking them to reconsider. but the board says those schools did not meet academic goals and student achievement expectations. the schools will now gradually close the 6th, 7th and 8th grades over the next few years. that means they also won't be

houston woman accused of killing a mother, and then kidnapping the woman's baby. a prosecutor says erika miranda alvarez wanted to co

that she'd recently had a miscarriage. investigators say alvarez used scissors to kill carolina flores miranda at her apartment on tuesday. alvarez is being held without bond. the baby is now in the care of relatives. police releasing new video of a shocking shooting that looked like a movie scene inside an ohio hospital. take a look at your screen. officers say the man walked in and drew two guns as he went through the metal detectors. he opened fire on an unarmed security guard, who fled the building. and when police officers arrived, he fired on them too before finally turning the gun on himself. police say hospital security protocols, likely saved lives. the security guard was shot twice, and is now in
