stormwatch 7 forecast and check travel conditions anytime, anywhere by downloading the free abc 7 news app. a brazen grinch caught on camera, swapping several packages in arlington. it is a big weekend for last-minute holiday deliveries. the police spotted the stolen items even thrown into the woods. tom roussey has the story. tom: larry, this is an important reminder especially this week and for a lot of folks receiving packages. what happened in arlington today, he stole packages off the porch, leaves the stuff he does not want over there. arlington county police carefully looked for evidence among evidence the porch pirate did not want and chucked into the woods. surveillance video shows him walking straight up to a home in barcroft in arlington. he swipes the package and walks away.
