the president still has about a week left in florida. when he returns, focus will surround new sanctions announced yesterday against two north korean senior officials for their involvement in the state's ballistic missile program. new fallout after leaked emails... revealed crude and demeaning comments, about miss america contestants -- reportedly sent by the organization's c-e-o! 2013 "miss america" mallory hagan, a target of many of those e-mails, is speaking out against the pageant. saying she felt belittled about her love life and weight. the organization's top leaders have resigned. former c-e-o sam haskell says -- those emails were published out of context.

this morning, a pro-president trump singer is now accusing former campaign manager corey lewandowski of what amounts to misdemeanor sexual assault. joy villa tweeted this photo out yesterday -- alleging it was seconds before lewandowski slapped her behind. it was taken at a party at the trump international hotel last month. vlla said she told him to stop and warned him that she could report the behavior. villa said lewandowski dismissed her comment and did it a second time. the alleged incident is being investigated in d-c. new developments in two contested elections in virginia! the first one.. the random drawing to settle a tied race for the state house delayed. it was scheduled for today.... no replacement date has been picked. at issue is the disputed last vote counted, which came after republicans argued it should be included. the democrat wants the vote thrown out -- giving her the win-- and an even split in richmond. in addition... democrat joshua cole won't contest his loss to republican bob thomas in the 28th district.

overnight.... a flight from los angeles bound to japan forced to make a u-turn because of an "unauthorized person" on board. police say the return is due to a mix up and was eventually straightened out. model chrissy tiegen and husband john legend were on board the flight live tweeting the whole thing. she tweeted "a flying first for me: 4 hours into an 11 hour flight and we are turning around because we have a passenger who isn't supposed to be on this plane. why...why do we all gotta go back, i do not know,"" the flight has been re-scheduled to depart later today. new this morning.. police in troy, new york are investigating what appears to be a quadruple homicide. a property manager found four bodies yesterday afternoon.. in a basement apartment. police have not released any details about the victims. state police are assisting in the investigation. they've sent

and computer crime specialists to the scene.. to help city police. developing now.. investigators will return this morning to the scene of that horrific fire at the mount vernon antique center. the fire on christmas night gutted the building. it was home to about 30 antique dealers. devastated customers and vendors came by yesterday.. to take a look at the damage. no one was injured in the fire. no one was injured in the fire. it's still unclear what caused it. but investigators believe it started on the second floor.. near the back of the building. an update now on the horse and buggy incident in saint mary's county. today the man
