here we are put the con diana thank you for having me. thank you for coming to visit us. it is beautiful. how many gardeners do you have working on this place. lots of them. everywhere you look there is a beautiful thing to see. a great place to have a wedding. we do have lots of weddings. approximately three weddings per day. walking down the hallway you got these ribbons on the doors. happy anniversary. people are getting married. honeymoon. right. happiness everywhere. so many areas here talk about maybe have a party here or a wedding or whatever. you look beyond here you go down to the beach what is the beach area like. the beach area we have a really white sandy beach. like sugar. it is like sugar. the beach is spectacular. just beautiful. too bad you don't have to wait long to get a drink down on the

you just raise your hand and the drink is coming. just like that. the beautiful pool area and hard to leave the pool it is so nice. five pools. two main pools and a kids pool as well. i've never seen any kids they're all at the main pool. any place for kids to go on their own. kids club open every day with girls certified by red cross doing a great job. they are. one of the great things about all-inclusive resorts are the restaurants in the biggest decide which restaurant i want to go to which night. we have 12 restaurants actually you don't have nice enough normally to visit all of them. lots of dining options. french a mexican american. twelve of them. i love the buffet. i love it i look like a buffet guy.

you mention something in your statement here is that the building i saw on the way and. right. wed we have basically done has separated 180 rooms of deluxe garden views. separated in in a separate property. now it is the garden's. for dining options and outdoor kids club and bar options as well. a nice place to be. people can come here and use this facility. and it cost less to stay there. it is less expensive and the concept the distance is let's say further from the beach but they can access all of the facilities and guests can access everything. we're in this cool little area that is called bavaro that is the city it is a little community out there with little restaurants and stores if you're staying in the garden and you enjoy the city.

members when you walk out onto the beach certain areas where you can pay a little bit extra to have more privacy. let's say those type of servicespreferred club have a great amenities. upgraded many bars as the private area like private swimming pool private area of the beach has lots of advantages. the pools how many pools are their total here on the property. and secrets we have three swimming pools but as well they're all the guests can access access the stuff here the property nearby. which we have seen already and is gorgeous. just a short little walk. right next door. just crossed the door a different concept. talking about pools getting back to pools three pools here are five pools there. three pools here and five pools they're all of the guests can go to now as well talking about

the same thing they can access everything. how many restaurants total. we have five at secrets 11 bars and the garden. a short walk to the beach and it's all so convenient. so many reasons why i feel like if you're going to book down here and secrets is the way to go. you know where you're going for your next vacation. sitting right here on the same bench probably. [music playing] [music playing] check it out the wilderness of the dominicanepublican coming up after the break we visit a place called skate park away from the resort sent in to

this is fantastic. i will never go anywhere else i am serious. [music playing] welcome back to new day cleveland we are input to con a part of the dominican republic i thought i would escape a little bit from the resort this place

parks. how do you say your name it is like angel but you pronounce it angel. i'll get it right to her three times. we came to this park about may be a 45 minute drive an hour drive but it is like owing to another world. i thought i was interested park. this looks like jurassic park. back in those days. this is just one little tiny area we are talking the best place to look this is the place brought us to do the interview. what you call the spot. it is water hole in the base of this huge cliff you see over here. water. go down over there you can actually dive into a cave. the water is so clear and clean. certainly every tate eight to 10 hours so it is clean pure water

how big is the park. the park is million square meters. a million square meters talking to just the geologist one of the expert she was telling me at one time this was all underwater. that's right you can see the rock formations. one of the great things here when we first came here talking about going to this park they have the plants here. and how long are these that people have a chance to enjoy. first of all we got nine lines the longest one is roughly 600 meters long. 600 meters 1800 feet long. that is right. unique in the world because this is one element of this cliff and all lines are attached to a cliff not attached to a tree or a base or a mountain it is just this cliff. seeing pretty good abuse. yes you do. i brought my bathing suit where am i going to use my bathing suit.

your bathing suit we have another water park. easy for you to say. and other waterhole but this other waterhole is located inside the cave and you can also go down and swim or go not only that we are located five minutes away from here from the marina and we have a beach club that you can go in a boat you can party. you can cruise along the beach and then you can take a dip in the water or chill out in the natural pool waist deep water crystal clear music from the back of the boat. personal bartender. sounds terrible. terrible. how about horseback riding. horseback riding a beautiful ranch they will start playing around. have you tried these art exhibition site. these are the horses people come and see different breeds of horses. we have the horses that you actually ride they have been trained to be around people. they are very people friendly.

them around. having fun in the corral. teenager horses. that one was born here. paleface. and i heard some sounded like hot rods or doom buggies coming through the forest. top buggies an amazing ride. you drive your own buggy you go bordering the class until you get to very photogenic spot where you can collaborators of beaches and once you are there you get coconut water you can just enjoy the view and you return back on your buggy and we stopped at a waterfall that comes down the cliff. all of those wonderful things how wonderful does that sound one of the wonderful things for me as walking through the forest. a crazy like crevices and blinds in this beautiful stuff. a wonderful place. if you get a chance to come to dominican republic you should

best spot. right now we have pedicure fish pedicure. where the fish bite at your toe is. exactly. you ever do it. we can take a look if you want. i got to tell you first thing when i walked in the lobby the beautiful floor that giant ceiling it's a whole different atmosphere than anywhere else i have been. exactly because the hotel is very quiet. one of the values that we have. really important. we allowed children they have to pay the adult rate. two people stop me right away they saw the camera i got to tell you the best experience i ever had at a resort. people bragging on it as i was coming and couldn't wait to tell us how much fun we had. the different places the rooms

set up. the bay differentials locations the view in the betting. we have 18 rooms with the oceanfront. that is great right on the ocean. right. exactly. 18 with the oceanfront. cell restaurants how many restaurants. for different four different restaurants in total and three bars. is important to confirm we have we don't have buffet. this is one of those experiences if you've traveled a lot and you one of the best spots in the world in the dominican republic this would be the hotel the resort. someone would like something very private very intimate this is the best place. do people get married here. absolutely. absolutely. how about the pool scene is that private. exactly.

and an infinity pool. i was looking forward to meeting you and coming here. i saw in can tune a property the most beautiful one in cancun and here in punta canta i think this is a wonderful place. absolutely. thank you. my pleasure. so many activities for us it has been a great. thank you. big pieces. in pieces in the dominican and chopped up finley in that mess again. and the famous salt and pepper. now it is ready to serve. very easy. easy pv lemon squeezing. the mexican ceviche now we are moving to the dominican which i have never tried before. don't worry this one is very spicy. i like spicy. make sure that you tape her face. is it really that hot you are scaring me now. i love my job. it is spicy. that is spicy you have to like spicy food for that one for sure. we're going to do this together. presentation. okay. this is going to be served with a lot of love. just one.

okay. do i get a little bit of everything. a little parsley. are you sure. i need pineapple. okay. there we go. who wants to try mine. no one is raising their hand. you want spicy. okay. taste it. go-ahead. all right. just use your fingers it is fine. is it spicy. it's not that hot. here. it gets you after the facts.

who wants more. [music playing] are those fake flamingos or want. they are not fake they are real and they are all separately named. they are beautiful. it's fantastic we are at dreams punta canta. and the cool story here is that this is just one of the great trips one of the great places you can stay here. and we know the great place it is a fantastic place one of my favorites. a whole bunch of different flavors when you come here. and i had a chance to see some of those and folks will want to go to them a place called what can you tell us about that so if you want to book a ticket to that. high and laid-back and quiet. for the people who are still active at home they want to go somewhere and have some quiet and luxury of the same time.

they have like five or six spot things happening. you could live there. it is beautiful world-class spa. somebody gets on the phone and a call i'm young and healthy i've got kids and wild and crazy want to have a good time which resort would you pick out for them. restless. i went to brussels they had foam in the pool. people were dancing and going crazy. we have people in their 20s that go there and people in 80's that go. it's an adults only know kid. they have a good time there. they do fun stuff like that foam parties. they have different games in the pool. always something continuously going on. what are your other favorite choices. a viewer trip there a few years ago it's a great property. it is another one of my favorites. they have the gardens in front of it.

expensive place to stay. i didn't know what it was going to be like. you can use all of their stuff. the restaurants and beach and clubs and all of that. the rims are all brand-new and they are pretty spiffy i thought it was a good deal. the whole brand of the resorts the now and secrets and the dream something for every budget. something for everybody they don't leave anybody out it makes a huge difference. here's what i do i call them and i figure out where i want to go right away i figure out what kind of places i want to go lay it off on you and karen and the crew in you guys can help to direct me or us to the place that might best suit our needs. that's what we try to do with every client that calls. save money make some fun canary travel.

thank you. welcome back to new day cleveland i'm almost too calm to have a conversation with you now. it's been wonderful. relaxing. we're in the dominican republican and canary travel got us here apple tourist or affixed off and being here at the dreams resort has been a little bit of a revelation for everyone. is spent really fantastic i don't say that with any reservation. i got to tell you this is one if not the best customer service we have had at any a viewer trip. angie jumps up last night we have this great dinner they put on a dinner with lobster and filet mignon and ribs and desserts it looked like the rainbow from the wizard of oz and you got up and told everybody this was the best meal you ever had in the caribbean. it honestly was. you don't get a banquet style dinner like we got last night without flaws and i think it went flawless last night with

best meal i had in the caribbean. ever since you got off the bus coming in from the airport. everything has been perfect and every single person has been happy. six or seven trips and there's always something that comes up. this has been a like a dream. this has been amazing. how great the weather has been not one day of cloudy or rainy skies the people we came with unbelievable. they are great a new group of people and everybody loves that. people expected to have a good time that they had a better time than they expected that's hard to do. i think we spoil them. definitely. and we talk about the different restaurants here all been terrific easy to get into. the first trips here in this time of year.

call in the fall. the best time of year doesn't feel like it's crowded. almost that capacity that now. not been much of a wait at any of the restaurants all a la carte restaurant you name it they have it. the pools are open. the spas are open don't stand in line long. it's great. george the general managers year he pays a lot of attention to us he's been terrific. you got to thank people like felix was always fantastic with all of the entertainment people and anna and all of the girls around the pool. they take care of each person as though they're there like a member of their family. that's how it feels to me. from the shops to the entertainment managers to the group managers. everybody showed up last night to show their appreciation that we were here. this place has gone over and
