with the cheese. >> to do just come up with that eye on. >> i actually found in a magazinee in ohio magazine i think i love to try new recipes and when i sought i thought this would be perfect for the iced wine festival. we are always trying to find perfect food that pairs well with the wind food. people really enjoy it when they come out for the event. classic but the iced wine isb going on this weekend and mexican. >> it is the first three saturdays of march every year in northeastern ohios which is around napa. >> thirteen years the 13th year it is been going on it now.>> six dollars a person were called asa they get you? >> it gets you a sample of iced wine plus another type of wine it may be some winds have two different kinds of it might be

form of crystals. those pure h2o water crystals stay there and then we take the fruit whichfr double juice and all of flavor components are also concentrated the acid in flavors are also concentrated in thise kind of juice. it is a starburst of flavors. iced wine is a desert that is madevo like or from a wine product. that is all it is. people ice or iced wine to refuse it initially and then when they have it for their desserts, they are surprised expensive product inexpensive - $60 ice water is a small bottle mainly because it is served in smallsma areas really for you and a
